Terms of Service

By accessing or using ThrumFeed Music, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

• Accounts are for a single person or authorized entity representative.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it current.

Creators retain all ownership rights to the audio, artwork, ebooks, and other content they upload. By uploading, you grant Westside Counseling LTD a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, stream, display, and distribute that content through ThrumFeed Music solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the service.

You warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to the content you upload, and that it does not infringe any third party’s rights.

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not have rights to, or that infringes copyright, trademark, or other rights.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Attempt to scrape, overload, or disrupt the service.
• Probe, scan, or test the security of the service without written permission.
• Use the service to distribute malware or unlawful content.

If you believe content on ThrumFeed Music infringes your copyright, send a written notice to TODO-dmca@thrumfeed.com including: (1) your contact information, (2) identification of the copyrighted work, (3) the URL of the infringing material, (4) a good-faith statement, (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act, and (6) your signature (electronic is fine).

We may remove content and terminate repeat infringers.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that create risk to the service or other users. You may close your account at any time.

ThrumFeed Music is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Westside Counseling LTD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with the service.

You agree to indemnify and hold Westside Counseling LTD harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of TODO — jurisdiction of Westside Counseling LTD, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
